Favorite Breakfast Recipe - Sausage cream cheese rolls!

I am linking up with Kelly @ Kelly's Korner today for a SUYL Breakfast Recipes!

I love breakfast. The kids and the hubby love breakfast! It is a weekend favorite at our house. I don't mind waking up early on a Saturday (since thats the ONLY day I will cook breakfast) to cook.

This is one of our favorite and easy Saturday or Sunday morning recipes. I love this one because you can make it the night before and just pop it in the oven the next day! Perfect for easy meals before church!

I got this recipe from a lady I work with. She made it for us one morning here at the office and I had to know how she did it. It was sooo good!

Ok... Here ya go.

Sausage Cream Cheese Rolls

You will need:
1 - Pkg Breakfast Sausage
1 - 8oz Pkg Cream Cheese (Room Temp)
2 - 8oz Pkg Crescent Dinner Rolls

Directions:
1. Preheat oven as directed on dinner roll package.
2. Brown sausage and drain.
3. Mix cream cheese with sausage in medium sized bowl.
4. Roll out dinner roll triangles as shown below.
5. Fill with mixture. I use about a heaping tablespoon full.
6. Roll up as shown below. I like to pinch the sides so it doesn't melt away when baking.
7. Bake as directed by package or until golden brown.
8. ENJOY!!!

  3. Just came over from Kellys Korner...this is one of my very favorite things to make for breakfast! I usually use the zesty hot breakfast sausage. We could never think of a name for them so we started calling them Breakfast Ragoon (like the crab ragoon you can buy from chinese take-out...don't know if you have that where you are) because they look just like them! Yum yum! I know what I'm making for breakfast tomorrow!
